AM Ready

Leave on time with everything you need.

A morning routine built around when you need to leave—timed checkpoints, reliable nudges, and a final check so you walk out ready.

Built for real leave-by mornings

Knowing when to leave isn’t a plan.

Most people don’t miss the morning because they don’t care. They miss it because the path to the door stays vague—until it’s suddenly too late.

Timed to the door

Set when you need to leave. AM Ready works backward so every step has a place before that moment.

Nothing left behind

A final check for keys, wallet, laptop, charger—whatever can’t stay on the kitchen counter.

Nudges that fit the moment

Soft reminders for ordinary steps. Stronger alerts when missing one would cost the morning. Done, snooze, or skip—your call.

Your morning, planned backward from the door.

Set when you need to leave. AM Ready builds a timed sequence that ends there—so “on time” means ready before you walk out, not still hunting for shoes.

  • Set when you leave
  • Add your steps
  • Follow the timeline

Full-bleed lifestyle: phone in hand showing the leave-by timeline over a morning desk (bag, keys, coffee, lunch). Soft window light. App UI readable; environment does the storytelling. Replace assets/features/timeline.jpg when final photography lands.

Each step reaches you when it matters.

Mark Done, Snooze, or Skip—in the app or from the notification—then keep moving. Quieter prompts for soft steps; Time Sensitive alerts or system alarms when timing really counts.

The checklist before the door closes.

The last minutes shouldn’t be a scavenger hunt. Tick what you’re taking—keys, wallet, charger, headphones—so departure is deliberate, not a panic.

  • Group what travels together
  • Check items one by one
  • Mark the group done and go

Changes for tomorrow? Capture them tonight.

Most mornings repeat. Tomorrow usually has one exception—an earlier meeting, a gym bag, a school form. Tell AM Ready once. Tomorrow-only edits leave the rest of your week alone.

  • Type or dictate what’s different
  • Review changes before you save
  • Tomorrow flexes; your week stays intact

Turn evening check-ins off anytime in Settings if you don’t need them.

Mornings that fall apart when time gets slippery.

AM Ready is for anyone tired of rushing—and especially helpful when time blindness, ADHD, or executive-function friction make “just leave earlier” useless advice. External structure beats willpower at 7:42 a.m. No streaks. No scolding.

Adults who run late despite trying

You know the deadline. You need the path to it made visible and timed.

ADHD & time-blind mornings

Not a treatment claim—practical scaffolding: the next step, the timing, and a finish line you can feel.

Parents & students on hard clocks

School and work don’t wait. A reusable leave-by routine beats reinventing the morning every weekday.

Three steps to a morning that ends at the door.

Set when you leave

Choose the time you must walk out—not the time you vaguely hope to start.

Build the sequence

Add the steps that actually happen: get ready, pack, breakfast, final check.

Follow the morning

Hit each checkpoint as it comes. Adjust tomorrow tonight when life changes.

Common questions

Is this just another habit tracker?

No. Habit apps optimize streaks. AM Ready optimizes a high-stakes window: getting ready and leaving on time with what you need.

Do I need to rebuild the routine every day?

No. Keep a base routine for most days. Use evening check-in (optional) to adjust tomorrow only when it’s different.

Is AM Ready an ADHD app?

It’s built for mornings that fall apart when time gets slippery—including ADHD and executive-function challenges. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD.

iPhone only?

The first release is for iPhone. Android is planned after we nail the morning experience.

Will my routine sync across devices?

Create an account to back up and restore your schedule. You can start on the device and link an account when you’re ready.

Walk out ready.

Download AM Ready, set when you leave, and give yourself a timed morning instead of another vague intention.
